These terms are a practical baseline for using Graphilize. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully, protect your account, and understand that this early service may change.
Use of the Service
You may use Graphilize only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for the content you submit, import, process, or publish through the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining control of your sign-in provider account and for activity under your Graphilize account. If you believe your account has been compromised, stop using it and request help or deletion promptly.
Your Data
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to Graphilize. You grant Graphilize the limited right to process, store, transform, and transmit that data as needed to provide the service.
Deletion
You may request account deletion. After verification, we will delete or irreversibly de-identify your account and workspace data within a reasonable period, subject to backup, security, legal, and abuse-prevention retention described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Graphilize to violate laws, rights, privacy, or security of others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Graphilize or related systems.
- Do not submit data you do not have the right to process through the service.
Availability and Changes
Graphilize may change, pause, or discontinue features. The service is provided as available and may contain errors, interruptions, or incomplete features.
Disclaimers
Graphilize is provided without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before use in consequential decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graphilize and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if use of the service creates security, legal, operational, or abuse risk, or violates these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as Graphilize changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
