Privacy Policy
Effective May 7, 2026
Graphilize is designed to collect as little personal data as practical. We use account information to sign you in, operate the service, secure it, and delete your account data when you ask us to close your account.
Information We Collect
We collect the information needed to provide the service:
- Account information from your sign-in provider, such as your email address, provider account identifier, and basic profile information provided during authentication.
- Session, security, and operational records needed to keep you signed in, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and maintain service reliability.
- Content and metadata you create, import, or process in Graphilize, including graph records, evidence references, evaluation records, and related workspace data.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, provide Graphilize features, maintain account and workspace state, improve reliability, investigate security issues, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use your private workspace data for advertising.
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you choose to put it into the service.
Service Providers
Graphilize may rely on infrastructure and authentication providers, such as hosting, database, storage, logging, email, and OAuth providers. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service for us.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account. After verifying the request, we will delete or irreversibly de-identify your account data and workspace data within a reasonable period, except for information we must retain for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, or backup restoration limits.
Backups and Logs
Deleted data may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or disaster recovery systems until those systems expire in the ordinary course of operation. We do not restore deleted account data except where necessary for security, compliance, or disaster recovery.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the size and stage of the service. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
Changes
We may update this policy as Graphilize changes. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect.
